Class Reservation Expectations

Adults: We accept adults to reserve a spot in any class that they plan to attend. This allows us to better plan the class and keeps the class size from getting to large. It also makes taking attendance much faster and if there is ever a need to cancel a class, or for some reason change a location, we will be able to contact those who have reserved a spot.

Class Cancelation Policy

If you are unable to attend a class that you have signed up for, please cancel as soon as you are able, in order to make room for another student. We expect cancellations to happen at least 24 hours in advance, however we understand that life happens and that students may need to cancel the same day. If this happens, please cancel as soon as you know you are unable to attend. Repeated late cancellations or no shows will require that your membership access be limited.

Private Lesson Cancelation Policy

Cancelation of private lessons require 24 hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are subject to 50% the lesson rate. No shows or cancellations with less than 2-hours notice will be charged the full lesson rate.

Membership Freeze Policy

Members may freeze their membership and autopay schedule once per year at any time for a fee of $10 per month. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments for up to 6 months.

Membership Cancelation Policy

Membership can be cancelled at anytime after the contract end-date. To cancel membership and autopay renewal a completed autopay cancelation must be received at least 30-days in advance of your next billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged on February 14 and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a cancelation to Grapplers Elite by January 14). Early membership termination, prior to the contract end-date, requires payment of any discount received (family, student, scholarship, etc), plus $50 for each month used on the term agreement, up to a maximum of $300.
